Questions contractors ask
How fast will I get the text?
We aim for within minutes during alert hours. Texts go out 8 am to 9 pm Mountain, Monday to Saturday. A post made outside those hours is sent at the next window. Speed also depends on when our monitoring picks the post up, so we cannot promise an exact time. Email alerts follow the same schedule.
Are these exclusive leads?
No. Each alert links to a public post, and anyone can see it. Other contractors, including ones who don't use our service, may reply too. That is why speed matters.
Will I get jobs?
We can't promise that. We get you to the post quickly. Whether the homeowner replies to you and hires you depends on you, your price, your schedule and the homeowner.
How do I cancel?
Reply STOP to any text alert to stop texts, or call or email us at the contact info below. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
What do you do with my phone number?
We use it to send you the alerts you signed up for. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
