Terms of Service

Effective date: October 19, 2026

These terms cover the contractor lead-alert service run by Agentic Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By signing up, you agree to them.

The service

We watch public posts on sites such as Facebook groups, Reddit, Craigslist, KSL and Instagram for Utah homeowners asking for a specific trade. When we find a match for your trade and service areas, we send you a link to the post by text or email, your choice.

Price, trial and cancellation

  • The price is $100 per month. Your first month is free.
  • The service is month-to-month. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
  • You can cancel anytime by emailing or calling us, or by replying STOP to stop text alerts. If you cancel before your free month ends, you will owe nothing.

No guarantee of jobs

We do not guarantee any number of alerts, replies, jobs or revenue. Alerts are links to public posts. Other people, including other contractors, can see the same post and may reply first. Whether a homeowner responds to you or hires you is up to you and them.

Third-party content

Posts are written by third parties on sites we do not control. We do not verify them. A post may be removed, edited, fake or already filled before you see it. You are responsible for how you respond and for following each site's rules and any laws that apply to your contact with homeowners.

Capacity

We may limit how many companies per trade and region we serve, and may decline or pause sign-ups.

Text message program terms

  • Program name: Agentic Consulting Lead Alerts.
  • Description: automated text alerts with links to public homeowner job posts that match your trade and areas, plus service messages about your account, sent to the mobile number you provide.
  • Alert hours: texts are sent 8 am to 9 pm Mountain, Monday to Saturday. Posts made outside those hours are sent at the next window.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies, typically up to 10 msgs/day.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can choose email alerts instead. Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel texts. Help: reply HELP, or contact support at tyler@agentconsult.ai or 801-400-8261.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for your own business. Do not resell or republish the alerts, and do not use them to harass anyone.

Changes and ending the service

We may change the service or these terms, or end your access, for example if you misuse the service. If we make a material change we will tell you before it takes effect.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
